BY ROAD:
Take the A30 to Bodmin where the dual carriageway terminates at a roundabout. Continue along the A30 for 3 miles until you go under a railway bridge. After 1 mile, take the next turning to your right (St.Columb). Continue for 3 miles and go straight across at the next roundabout (A3059). After 1.5 miles turn right, then follow this road for 2 miles, past the airport on your left, until you reach the B3276. Turn right and follow this road down into Mawgan Porth. On the sea front turn right past the garage, and Europa Court is 100m on your left.
It is worthwhile noting that later in the day during the high season, traffic queues heading for the peninsula can be expected at the Bodmin roundabout and further back where the dual carriageway ends on Bodmin Moor. An alternative route to avoid this problem is to leave the A30 earlier near Launceston and enter St.Columb on the A39, turning right onto the A3059 and continuing as described above.
